where are you located?

We are located at 659 Queen St. behind the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

 

I’m new to the club, can i try it out before purchasing a membership?

is there parking available?

Yes, paid parking is available onsite (enter via the driveway between Isaac’s Way and the hotel). Payment is required upon exiting the lot (card or change).

Additional Parking Options:

  1. On-street parking on Queen St. and Saint John St. Payment is required but is FREE after 5 pm and on weekends.

  1. FREE 2-hour, on-street parking, on Church St. by the Cathedral, Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.

  2. King Street (East End) parking garage: payment is required 24/7. 635 King Street next to the Fredericton Convention Centre.

 

is this a women’s only gym?

NO! Everyone is welcome at the Club.

 

how do i book a class?

You must pre-register online and have an active membership or class pass. Booking begins exactly 1 week in advance and up to 5 minutes before the class starts. We recommend using the Momence app to book and manage your classes.

 

what should I bring to class?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class and take your shoes off in the hallway. We have a single-stall changeroom if you need to change at the Club. Please bring:

  • clean, indoor shoes

  • waterbottle

  • optional sweat towel

 

can i shower after class?

Yes! We share a washroom, change room and showers with the Crowne Plaza (accessible in the swimming pool area).

 There will be more room for you to change before and after classes and have a shower if you would like to. 

Please continue to adhere to a quick 5-minute shower so everyone has the opportunity to use the facilities and allow the Trainers to leave no later than 15 minutes after the class has ended. 

what kind of classes do you offer?

We offer small-group classes, with a maximum of 9 or 12 participants! We switch up class styles often to keep our community progressing toward its goals. Learn more on our Group Classes page. We also offer Postpartum Group Sessions.

 

should i join the waitlist?

Yes! If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist as things move around quickly. You can manage your waitlists in the Momence app.

If you are moved into a class from the waitlist, it is presumed you are attending and the cancellation policy will take effect. You will not be charged if you are added less than an hour before the class starts. See our cancellation policy below.

 

what kind of memberships do you offer?

We offer:

  • Unlimited memberships (3-6-12 month contract)

  • 5 or 10 class passes

  • Online membership to Sweat Club Connect

are there any perks of an unlimited membership?

Yes, unlimited members have a free Guest Pass that renews each month of their membership! Feel free to bring a new friend or your partner each month.

 

I’m going on vacation. is it possible to freeze or extend my membership?

Yes, unlimited memberships may be put on hold for up to one month. Class passes are not eligible for holds or extensions.

 

what is your cancellation policy?

3-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY for regular classes

  • if you cancel outside of the 3-hour late cancellation window, your class credit will be returned.

  • If you cancel within the 3-hour late cancellation window, you will lose the class credit and unlimited pass holders will be charged a late cancellation fee of $10.

Early Morning Cancellation Policy: if you cannot make it to the early morning class, you must cancel the night before to avoid a late cancellation fee.

  • 5:45 AM class = cancel by 8:45 PM

  • 6:10 AM class = cancel by 9:10 PM

  • 6:45 AM class = cancel by 9:45 PM

Weekend Cancellation policy

  • If you must cancel your weekend classes (Saturday and Sunday) do so by midnight to avoid a late cancellation fee.
